The 5th graders will be studying government in December and will start fractions after they come back from Thanksgiving vacation
Thanksgiving Vacation
Jackson Heights will have 5 days for their Thanksgiving vacation this year. The days begin Wed. Nov. 23 till Nov. 27th.
Mid term grades
We will be sending home mid-terms on Tuesday, Nov. 22. Please send a note or sign their assignment notebook so we know you received the mid-terms.

Jackson Heights is raising money for the Jackson County Chrismas Bureau. They are having a change war this week to raise the money. Friday the 18th will be the last to day to bring their change.
